This guide is your first step to transforming the way you manage your finances. Here we’ll help you set up your account, explore features, and make the most of Fractn’s tools for seamless transactions and financial planning. From creating your wallet to tracking your goals, we’ve got you covered. Let’s get started and unlock a smarter way to manage your money.
Download the app from the App Store/Google Play.
Open the app and click “Sign Up.”
Enter your personal information, including a valid email and phone number.
Create a secure password and verify your account using the OTP sent to your email or phone.
Once completed, your unique individual account number will be generated.
1. During onboarding, choose the option to set up ZedAI.
2. Read through the introductory overview of ZedAI’s functionalities.
3. Personalize the setup:
Define your financial habits (e.g., spender, saver).
Enter recurring expenses and savings goals.
Select your investment preferences.
4. Complete the process to activate the ZedAI dashboard.
Financial Buckets: View and manage your Savings, Expenses, and Investments.
AI Insights: Access detailed financial insights such as cash balance, net worth, and savings progress.
On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.”
Enter your registered email or phone number.
Check your inbox for a recovery link or OTP.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Navigate to “Settings” in the app.
Select the information you want to update (e.g., email, phone number).
Verify the changes using the OTP sent to your registered contact.
Open the app and go to “Card Management.”
Click “Add Card” and enter your card details.
Verify the card through the provided instructions (e.g., OTP or small verification charge).
Go to the “Money Transfers” tab.
Choose “Send Money” or “Receive Money.”
Choose an option for either sending Money or Receive Money
For Send Money
Enter the recipient’s account details and amount.
Confirm the transaction.
To Receive Money:
Share your unique account number with the sender.
Define your recurring expenses under the ZedAI dashboard.
ZedAI automatically allocates funds to pay these expenses on time.
Go to “Settings” and turn on Require Biometrics
Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
Never share your OTP or login credentials with anyone.
Regularly review transaction history to spot unauthorized activity.
